Shipping policy

We ship our packages via United States Postal Service.  We sometimes use UPS.  We offer free shipping at a subtotal (after discounts) of $75.00+ USD.  We do our best to prepare your shipment within 3 business days (M-F) from the date the order was placed, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  Once the order is shipped and has a tracking number, it is the customers responsibility to file any claims with the carrier if they do not receive it.
